This policy explains when an item bought from JL TECH POWER SDN BHD 202601033125 (1695220-P) qualifies for a return, refund or exchange, what has to accompany the request and how quickly it must be filed. Eligibility
The default position is fixed: items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. A request is taken forward only where one of four conditions is met.
Incorrect item: The merchant sent the wrong item.
Specification mismatch: The item received differs from the specifications, description, features or information advertised on the website.
Damage on arrival: The item received is spoiled, damaged or defective when it is delivered.

Evidence
A claim is assessed on what the customer supplies with it. Three items are required before a request can be worked on.
Unboxing footage: A clear and continuous video showing the parcel unopened, the shipping label, the packaging and the item received.
First-use footage: A clear video of the item being used for the first time, where that applies.
Supporting documents: Photographs, order details or any other document the company requests.
Submission
Requests are logged by email. The clock starts when the item is received, not when the claim is prepared.

Deadline: It has to reach us within 24 hours of the item being received.
Requests We Cannot Accept
Two situations close a request before assessment begins.
Filed late: A request submitted after the 24-hour reporting period will not be accepted.
Evidence missing: A request submitted without the required supporting evidence will not be accepted either.
